Return Policy
1. Return window
We have a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused or unopened, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to request a return
Please email service@namilume.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, your reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. We will reply with instructions once your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return shipping
We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. If the return is due to our error, for example a wrong or defective item, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
5. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can help make it right.
6. Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
7. Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
