Shipping Policy

1. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in USD.

2. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If we expect a delay, we will contact you at the email used at checkout.

3. Changes and cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot make changes once an order has been processed.

4. Shipping origin

All orders ship from Taiwan.

5. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, and the United States. For other destinations, please email service@namilume.com and we will work with you to complete your order.

6. Shipping methods and delivery

Orders are shipped via international post and delivered by your local postal service. Shipments are trackable and require a signature upon delivery (except for US Standard Shipping). Unsuccessful deliveries will be held at your local post office. Please follow the instructions on the notice to collect your package promptly to prevent it from being returned.

7. Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

8. Customs, duties, and taxes

Please note that your order may incur duties, taxes, or other customs-related fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on customs charges, please consult your local customs office.

9. Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it after you confirm an updated address. Additional shipping charges will apply.

10. Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
