Shipping Policy

1. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in USD.

 

2. Order processing time

 

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If we expect a delay, we will contact you at the email used at checkout.

 

3. Changes and cancellations

 

To update or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After an order enters fulfillment or ships, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or order contents. 

 

4. Shipping origin

 

All orders ship from Taiwan.

 

5. Shipping destinations

 

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, and the United States. For other destinations, please email service@namilume.com and we will work with you to complete your order.

 

6. Shipping methods and delivery

 

Orders ship via postal service or DHL, depending on the option selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on your address and the selected service and begin when the order ships. We do not ship to PO boxes. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery times.

 

7. Shipping rates

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

 

8. Customs, duties, and taxes

 

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that we are not able to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value. For details, please consult your local customs office.

 

9. Address accuracy / undeliverable packages

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it after you confirm an updated address. Additional shipping charges will apply.

 

10. Damaged deliveries

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.
